After fighting in the ODI series and getting victory by 3-0, West Indies is now going to clash with Zimbabwe in the Twenty20 series of two matches. The first match has been scheduled on 2nd March 2013 which will be held at Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in Antigua. Then, the last and final match of T20 series is decided to play on 3rd March which will decide the owner of Twenty20 trophy. This series would be helpful for the West Indian players to get their confidence as they have got worst defeats from Australia in their tour. This series will definitely yield results in their favor as they have not got back the strongest and even the back bone of their team Chris Gayle who was not present in the tour for Australia. Craig Ervine was also the man to watch as he has scored 41 and 80 runs in 1st and 2nd ODIs. His ODI career statistics are also brilliant in which, he has played 23 matches so far and made 702 runs with the strike rate of 77.65. He has added five 50s in his batting record and 85 runs as the highest score. He has played 4 T20 games on the whole in which, he scored 78 runs with the strike rate of 78. He has got great motivation from his team mates as well as from team management. He is confident to also perform brilliantly in the T20 series and will definitely knock the ground.

Other remarkable players for Zimbabwe include Kyle Jarvis, Brendon Taylor (captain), Hamilton Masakadza (another amazing top order batsman), Malcolm Waller Prosper Utseya (bowler), Chris Mpofu and Tendai Chatara. All of these players are keen to get success in second match so that they can prove the world that they are also strong team and can be able to shock their opponents.
