Match Preview & Highlights

Today’s match is going to be played at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. Pakistan is on the verge of a whitewash by winning the first two test matches in a manner which surprised many. The spin of Saeed Ajmal and Abdur Rehman has crumpled the English team. They lood to be at a loss in understanding Saeed Ajmal’s doosra and now the more fomidable teesra. We may expect that English team must have thought out a new strategy as their head coach Andy Flower has himself been a very experienced batsman. Pakistan has shown very vulnerable batting skills in the series so far and they seem to be totally dependant on the magic of their spinners. This is a danger trend and if England team finds some way to get through the trial put to them by Pakistani spinners, they will easily endanger Pakistan’s resistance. Misbah Ul Haq, Mohammad Hafeez and Asad Shafiq had been contributing to the scores so far but Pakistan needs a better effort on the batting side. Historically Pakistan had been on a weaker side when it comes to their batting. This hurdle can be overcome only through a team effort in which all the batesmen are needed to contribute to the total score. Without this only spin magic will not always do wonders for them.
